The following standalone guides are at the bottom of the walkthrough: You can just ignore any genders I assigned to any of the little produce people if it makes you feel better. Writing with genders in place is just much easier and smoother for me. I tried to stay true to it, but please forgive that I inevitably gave up. Playing this game, you'll notice firm gender neutrality throughout. You can do the same thing with Timed Puzzles, which are the directional puzzles involved with dowsing set it to false to get rid of the timer. Toggle it to true and if you're dealt a fatal blow, you'll just receive a major debuff, instead of dying and losing a percentage of your leaflets. If you find yourself having trouble with combat, there's a preference in the options you can toggle under Gameplay called Perish Prevention. The storyline is very controlling at times, especially in the beginning, and will block off exits to keep you on track with little room to explore or backtrack. If you don't want to inadvertently run out of daylight hours while you're distracted with something else, make sure to remember to pause. There's a day/night cycle that will go on unless you hit Escape (ESC) to pause. I chose one-handed, and my settings will be laid out in the first chapter. Unfortunately, your mouse will be nonfunctional, so if you opt for your keyboard then you'll have to play one of two styles: one- or two-handed. This game is set up for a PC controller, but you can play with a keyboard. Before leaving you can have a look around, but there are no actionable shops or requests here. This is a very fun, cute RPG in which you play a grape sent on an important quest to help and then eventually save your world from the enemy, dubbed the Rot, which is basically the breakdown process of organic material anthropomorphized. They'll suggest you return and talk to Saguaro. Unfortunately, they will tell you that Woody, the Architect, disappeared into the Waterlog in Summer's End a few days ago. When you cross you'll meet a frog guarding the entrance to Lilyputt. The next day, return and the bridge will be fixed! Next, Fuji will repair the bridge-but you need to wait until tomorrow. Hit them with your pick to collect the resources and put them in the box. For more information, visit the How to Collect Resources page. Succulents can be found in Lily Landing and Summer's End. However, you'll notice the Repair Box needs a few extra items in order to repair the bridge. When the pencil appears click again, and voila! Select the Repair Box utility and press A. On the right side of the Lilyputt bridge you'll see a small white square box. You'll be able to see where you can build or repair items. To place the Repair Box by the bridge, equip the Tool Box by pressing A from your inventory. Here you'll meet a frog trying to travel home, and you can complete the bridge repair. The good news is you can use the wood and stone already in your village storage box no need to be carrying it in your inventory!Īfter purchasing the Repair Box, head west to Lilyputt. To purchase the Repair Box you need 20 wood, 20 stone and 20 Leaflets (money!). You'll need to enter Fuji's workshop and purchase the Repair Box utility to fix the bridge.
